Shipping Info
We normally ship UPS ground unless you request a different shipping company. We do not have a minimum order, however we do not sell to individuals, you must have a company with a tax id# to place an order. You must be 18 years or older to order.
Damages: If your product is damaged in shipping please call within seven working days to report your damage. Superior Balance will promptly take care of the situation.
Defective Merchandise: If you have defective merchandise please call us and we will walk you through the calibration process to ensure the scale is calibrated properly. After determining that the scale is defective we will issue a call tag to get the scales back and we will replace promptly. We do have less than a .5% return rate.
Payment: We except Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards. We do verify the billing address on the credit card to prevent fraud. If you choose to go C.O.D UPS charges $11.00 to collect the C.O.D, you will only be billed 1 C.O.D charge no matter how many boxes your order consists of.
Shipping: We at Superior Balance take pride in every box that we pack. We use only the best sturdy boxes and peanuts to ensure your package arrives looking the same as it did when we shipped it. We understand that appearance will sell your product once you display it.
We ship the same day you place your order, if we are ever out of any model we let you know at the time you place your order. Allowing you to decide if you want to substitute or create a back order.
